1930s gorgeous 4.25x4.25" unused decal featuring same great design that also appears on #965. Reverse has maker's name "The Palm Brothers Decalomania Co." w/directions for transferring decal to glass. Has trivial edge curl and faint crease line vertically 1" in from left edge. Displays Exc and only the second we know of.
