4" overall. Text on ribbon continues "Cleveland Aug. 1st, 1927." Image on medallion reads "Commemorating Cleveland's Welcome To Col. Charles A. Lindbergh" w/image of him and Myron T. Herrick in front of Spirit of St. Louis. Back of medal has image of "Seal Of The City Of Cleveland." Nice design and Exc.
