Item Description
7.5x10.5" sheet has ad for "Looy Dot Dope And Colonel Wowser" comic book with what appears to be cover of book. Reverse has comic strip and bottom third has Christmas subscription for "Comics On Parade" which features small inset image of Tarzan in wreath. Book ran for one issue under this title in 1939. c. 1938/1939. Folded twice horizontally for mailing.
