15" tall. c. 1920s. Side of base reads "I Really Must Recommend This Pipe To Father!" "BBB" logo appears on three sides of base. Notable flaking on logos, text and figure. Age dust overall. Professional cleaning would enhance pin striping on pants and facial detail. Hole under left arm possibly held a cane. Paint on figure crazed. Even with mentioned faults, display remains impressive and Fine. Comes with Arthurhultz COA.
