Item Description
6x7.75" ceramic shows pastoral setting with reverse revealing inquisitive cow. c. 1930s. Ashtray rim has some small chips but these blend and do not affect overall appearance. Small .25" chip to reverse base. Fine. 4.5x6" double-sided ashtray shows scene, same when viewed from front and reverse. Scattered aging, dust soiling and overall wear. Remaining 4 ashtrays 5.5" diameter with comical/risque scene portrayed in base depicting male nudity, "Kilroy" gag and African native. Marked as follows: "Seneca Highlands King, PA.; Tuscarora Summit Inn; Souvenir of Virginia." All 4 have gold inlay rims. Minimal wear. Exc. to NM.
