5.25" tall figure of man seated on box with placard around neck reading "Help The Blind." Man holds cup while raising glasses and leering at a 8.5" tall woman who has skirt hiked up. Woman has dog on leash between her feet. Both figures ©1946 Rittgers with incised name on each piece. Figures have some light scattered dust soiling.
