2.25x3-7/8" pale blue stiff card from 1944 acquired by sending offer coupon clipped from newspaper comic strip. This is the second issue of the card which was first issued in 1939 on yellow. Includes individual's "Secret Number 39224," Buck portrait and facsimile signature and photo of a model of "Inter-Planetary Battle Cruiser." Top name line missing blue surface paper that was rubbed off and then another name was inked. A few other minor age marks but overall Fine and Rare war years issue.
