7-3/8x10.5". One side features letter dated June 27, 1941 sent out to newstand owners by Publishers Distributing Corporation to promote new Friday Captain Battle publication. Letter mentions "Silver Streak Comics And Daredevil Comics" as well. Folded twice horizontally for mailing. Reverse has full color glossy ad featuring Captain Battle with contents of first issue including "Captain Battle And The Paris Underground" (with Nazi swastika), Captain Battle And The League Of Hooded Men, Captain Battle And The Savior Of Chung-King". Star bulletins surrounding Captain Battle read "Extra! Follow The Adventures Of Captain Battle." "Read About Captain Battle In Both Captain Battle Comics And Silver Streak Comics." Top reads "New-Sensational Captain Battle's Own Magazine!" Some light wear to corners and staple holes in upper left hand corner. Exc. Rare and unlisted in the Hake guide.
