4x6". c. 1940s. Envelope held WWII saving stamp booklet and was included with mailings to Captain Marvel club members. Front of envelope features nice image of Captain Marvel smashing Nazi swastika and reverse has image showing Captain Marvel rolling up sleeve and Uncle Sam who is taking off his jacket. Light crease to envelope flap, o/w NM.
