8x14.5". Felt with silk-screened design shows Captain Marvel with WHIZ building in bkg. Copyright Fawcett Publications Inc. 1940s. Top and bottom corners on left edge are cut at angles as made. Folded once at middle, crease not that noticeable. Silk-screened design shows the tiniest trace of wear. VF/Exc. In Auction #188, we offered another version of this pennant which featured Captain Marvel with clouds in the bkg., not WHIZ building. Rare and first we've seen.
