Item Description
2.25x3.5x4.25". ©1935 King Features Syndicate. Straits Mfg./Detroit. Tin litho bank base shows ringside scene including Olive, Pappy, Jeep, Hag, Goon and Wimpy. Metal figures of Popeye and boxer stand on top. When coin is deposited in the front top slot, Popeye whirls around swinging his right arm and glove knocking his opponent down causing him to fall. Both figures have tiny scattered oxidation spots. Scattered small traces of wear to base, only visible in reflected light. VF.
