Item Description
6" long, 4" tall. c. 1950s. Celluloid figures of Popeye and Bluto are each mounted on separate two-wheeled tin platforms. The platforms are attached to each other by a metal strip. As toy moves, Bluto and Popeye bob and shake while their jointed arms swing. Name of this toy as it appeared on the box is "Popeye And The Mean Man Mechanical Fighters." Box not included. Tin litho pieces have tiny scattered paint nicks. VF/Exc. Cello figures are exceptionally bright and clean. NM. Rare and fragile toy. First we've ever offered.
