Item Description
22" long pressed steel. c. 1920s. Each side of plane has "Little Jim" decal and also reads "J.C. Penney Company Inc./Playthings." Both of these decals have wear with several flakes. Plane is missing a strap from the rubber mounting on wheel axle which activated shaft which turned the propeller. However, this could be easily replaced. Also missing a metal noisemaker strip but the ratchet wheel is still attached to the axle. None of this affects appearance for display. Body of the plane has obvious all-over scattered paint nicks and scratches. Paint remains glossy. VG. Scarce.
