10" long tin litho with built-in key. ©1966. Box lid has three split corners and a 3" tear at top center, box bottom has dented corner. VG. Toy is marked "Air Force Rescue Battalion" and includes images at windows of doctors, nurses and patients. Scattered pinpoint paint nicks but glossy and working. Exc.
