Item Description
4x5" stiff paper card features image of Superman and text notes that recipient of this card is an "Official Reporter For Superman-Tim" magazine as well as "A Member Of The Club For Boys And Can Enter All Contests." c. 1942. Designated area for name and address on front is neatly filled out in ink. Reverse has stamps #1 & #2 of 12. Tiny wartime caricature head of Japanese man is shown on stamp #2. Card has some obvious handling wear w/a few creases as folded. VG. Stamps remain complete and are Fine overall as mounted. Franco Toscanini Collection.
