10.5" long hollow cardboard tube with attached wooden tip designed to look like pencil functioned as pencil holder. Removable black top piece. 1940s. Cardboard portion has image of Superman and portrait image of Tim. Small copyright symbol by Superman's boot. Moderate aging/wear overall. Tiny sliver off bottom edge cardboard surface paper by Superman's boots. VG+. Rare and the first complete pencil box we've offered in our 49 years. Franco Toscanini Collection.
