Item Description
This is a very scarce ring offered briefly by Quaker cereals in the summer of 1941 with expiration date of 8/30/41 with the promotional text in newspaper ads telling readers to order "Before Orphan Annie Comes Back On The Air Next Fall." Ring has "SG" initials on each side while the top has her portrait covered by small magnifying glass in a brass frame held by a pin on the upper edge so it can be swiveled. Some original brass luster is off the bottom half of each band but almost all remains over the entire top half of the ring.
