Item Description
This and the following two items comprised a 1952 Kellogg's premium set of three rings, each with brass band that holds large flexible rubber 3-D head with painted accents. A metal rod runs through the head and has a pair of plastic balls on each end used to twist the face into various positions. This example has extremely clean brass ring bands. We do not see any name inscription on his hat but this is the Snap character. There is a thin layer of whitish applied color on his nose, apparently to seal a near microscopic split on the underside but the split doesn't show at all unless pressure is applied to the rubber. The nose has its correct shape but the color is a little different than the rest of the facial color. The piece still displays extremely Fine. See next two related items.
