Item Description
Adjustable metal base in gold luster with circular compartment on the top holding lid featuring Bazooka Joe character in relief. This lifts off and there is a rubber insert on the inside marked with the letter "D" printed in reverse so it could be stamped using the felt ink pad contained within the brass lid. Ink pad is dried out but otherwise the ring is Exc. with just a little loss of brass luster off the narrow lower prongs. 1950s and Exc.
