Hake #2002. This large 1.75" jugate is notorious as a reproduction but here is the real deal complete with its back paper naming New York City maker with address and text "Wm. T. Wager Badges, Buttons, Flags & Banners..." Reverse has virtual hairline 1" split of the celluloid along the collet which occurred in the making. Celluloid lays absolutely flat and causes absolutely no distortion of the circular edge. The button is perfectly centered and has exceptionally high gloss with a near total absence of surface wear. An outstanding example Mint as made.
