Item Description
1" tall metal figure stands atop .5" tall plastic pedestal base for total height of 1.5". Also produced as a figural charm (as evidenced by metal loop at end of raised hand) which is also rare, this is the much rarer version w/plastic base as made. A matching Lone Ranger miniature figure was also produced. Complete w/foil sticker under base reading "Dell Weston Miniature." Sticker is Exc. c. 1947. Extremely well-detailed showing Superman w/one leg bent and w/one arm extended in flying pose. Red enamel paint on the cape has aged and cape has some pitting. Figure has some luster wear but overall figure still displays Fine. Rare and only the second example we've offered w/this base in our 49 years and the first w/sticker on underside of base.
