Item Description
Tin litho shovel head measures 7x10" and is attached to original 23" painted wood handle. Ohio Art, 1930s. Front of shovel head features great scene of Mickey Mouse shoveling snow as Pluto licks snowman. Plain green back of shovel has moderate wear w/some spots of oxidation. Front has some scattered lt. wear w/small bend at one corner, but remains VF for display w/strong color. Rare. Doug & Pat Wengel Collection, this is the actual example shown in their book "Comic Character Metal Sand Toys."
