Item Description
28.25x39.75". c. 1942 offset litho w/"US Government Printing Office" at bottom left and ""Poster A-25 War Production Drive Headquarters, WPB Washington D.C." at bottom right. This was the first of the posters designed by Shahn during his World War II service with the Office of War Information (see item #1065). Three each horizontal and vertical folds as issued and a 3" vertical tear at bottom center repaired on reverse with archival tape. A bold poster with brilliant range of colors. VF/Exc.
