Item Description
First is 1.5". This is a Wisconsin issue with the top designating a "Collector" and rest of text reading "Gov. Heil's Mac Arthur Week/Scrap For Victory." This would have been issued between 1941 and 1943 while that Governor was in office. It is among the rarest Mac Arthur buttons. .5" narrow air streak crosses his hat at the right but totally clean and glossy. Second is 1.25" plus ribbon and this specifies "1000 Lb. Waste Paper Award/Mac Arthur." We've seen this only a couple of times and our last example realized well over $200 by itself. NM displaying Mint. A scarce pair.
