Item Description
7/8" shows flying eagle gripping a snake. Top initials are "N.S.A.N.L." standing for Non-Sectarian Anti Nazi League. This group operated between 1933-1939, sometimes aided by the American Jewish Congress. The concept was to boycott German related breweries and department stores that carried German goods. The boycott movement was active in many major cities. Reverse back paper by NYC maker B. Harris Co. Rare and NM displaying Mint. Our last example exceeded $300.
