Item Description
All four rings are in brass with adjustable bands. Group begins with sliding secret compartment ring from 1942. Top has shield, star and propeller design while each side has a wing design. In 1945 this ring was again used as a Kix Pilot's ring. NM. Next and from a year earlier in 1941 is the "Flight Commander" ring. Underside reads "Captain Midnight Super Code 3". There were instructions in that year's manual telling how to use the ring. Next is the scarce 1946 Captain Midnight Mystic Sun God ring. Beautiful ruby red faceted stone on the top which is hollow on the underside to serve as a secret compartment. This stone fell off easily and makes this ring extra scarce. A perfect stone and Exc. luster. Last is the 1948 Initial Printing Ring. Brass top pulls off with an ink pad on the underside and the ring top having a plastic circle in this case with the letter "J."
