Item Description
From same series as previous item #1549, this is Vol. 1 #5 published August 1937. Fifth of just eight issues published for this short-lived pulp magazine. "The Cave Of Terror" Lone Ranger cover story is illustrated on front cover w/Lone Ranger helping injured man as Tonto stands guard in bkg. w/Silver. Cover shows lt. edge wear w/faint dust shadow along margins but retains strong color. VG+. First page has moderate age spotting and a few pages have some spots of aging at margins, but pages are clean and have aged to cream in color and remain supple. Fine overall. All issues of this pulp magazine are scarce.
