Item Description
Pair of trade publications for distributors/retailers. "The Kable News-Gram" from Oct. 1935 measures 6x9" and cover features pulps including "Gold Seal Detective, Secret Agent X Detective Mysteries, Star Detective, Prison Life Stories" and others. Three images of Mickey Mouse within. Cover shows heavy moisture staining and has penciling at top. Two-page spread has multiple inked check marks. VG. "The American News Trade Journal" from July 1936 measures 8.5x11.5" and cover features nice array of pulp covers including "Thrilling Mystery, Black Mask, All Western Magazine, Sky Fighters, Nick Carter Detective, Thrilling Wonder Stories" and "The Shadow" among several others. Both publications features ads, photos of displays, etc. Cover has scattered moisture spotting and pinch creases to spine. Fine overall. Nice historical reference for the pulp collector.
