Item Description
4-7/8x5.5" painted die-cut steel w/attached oval tin frame w/celluloid over reflective bkg. This celluloid cover has reverse-painted "Safety" text below "We Are For" text. Attachment was made by Green Duck Litho, 1940s. Attachment features Pennzoil's trio of owl mascots used during this period. Small Pennzoil logo below oval frame. Surface has some scattered spider-webbing and tin frame has some paint loss, but Fine/VF overall.
