Item Description
11x17" thin DC Comics artboard has pen and ink original art for page 20 of June 1994 issue of "Superman." Page features four panels, showing Superman throwing missile into outer space before returning his attention to a Metropolis in ruins, the effects of an attack by Lexcorp and Cadmus. Page features two full body images of Superman as well as a third, which is near full body. Art was for "Battle Ground Metropolis" storyline written by Dan Jurgens w/art by Brent Anderson and inks by Joe Rubinstein. Handwritten title/issue and page number at top along w/some editorial notations along margins. Some scattered dust soiling and corner tip wear but still VF/Exc. overall. Franco Toscanini Collection.
