5.5" ribbon with safety pin on reverse. Additional text reads "President John F. Kennedy 5th Regt. Armory Baltimore, MD. Oct. 10, 1962" and in smaller text "Auth. Herbert R. O'Conor, Jr. Chairman." Extremely limited distribution and only the second we have seen in 49 years. Essentially Mint.
