Item Description
6" tall tin litho w/built-in key. 1950s. Fabric pants w/apron. Chef is depicted in stereotypical African-American style and holds platter of food in one hand. Works and travels around as if skating, changing direction every so often. Pants have even age fade and lt. wear to tin litho w/some small paint nicks/rubs. Fine. Working. One of the more desirable skating toys by TPS.
