Item Description
First is two painted tin wind-up trucks w/plated grille units, fenders and wheels (w/replacement tires). Each measures 5.5" long and each has raised "Tri-Ang Minic Toys - Made In England" text on undersides. 1940s. Both work well. Open bed truck w/manually-operated tailgate and raising/lowering bed function and bed contains original Minic wooden crate load of six w/stamped destination cities including London and Calcutta as well as Minic text. Some paint issues on cab but Fine overall. Trash truck has three bed compartments w/six plated sliding covers. "Tri-Ang - Made In England" and "Tri-Ang" decals on sides of bed. Truck has some scattered lt. wear but is VF overall. Lot also includes 5-1/8" long painted tin open bed truck w/plated grille, plastic wheels and original rubber tires. Raised "Tri-Ang Minic Toys - Made In England" text on underside. 1950s. Works well. Small area of paint missing from one side of bed but o/w VF. Lot comes w/two original "Minic" keys.
