Item Description
Lot of three 11x21" stiff cardboard signs meant for display in local businesses w/"Drink Pepsi-Cola" bottlecap image on all three. Dates range from 1958 to 1961. Last sign has Tyndale & Co. maker name; others were most likely by same company. 1958 sign features large football image at top and features schedule for Pennsylvania coal region high school Minersville and their regional opponents w/handwritten scores and totals added. 1.25" tear at upper left. Fine. 1959-1960 sign features images of basketball players w/schedule for Minersville, PA "Battling Miners." A few dates/opponents changed/added in pencil and sign has moderate aging. .75" tear at upper left. VG/Fine. 1961 sign features comical football player images and features Minersville schedule. This has paste-over added at bottom of schedule and handwritten scores and totals added. 1.5" tear at upper left and moderate even aging and tape repair at bottom right. VG.
