Item Description
All brass with adjustable bands and perhaps used as a premium although we do not know the sponsor. Top oval has text and small profile of ram's head while the side panels read "You Have Ability To Lead Others." We do not know date of issue but almost certainly 1930s up to 1950s. Slight luster off lower band but overall Exc. First we can recall offering.
