Item Description
This ring is identical in design to the 1949 Sky King Magni-Glo writing ring. One side of brass base has text but opposite side has small full figure image of young boy with raised arm. Ring top is combination brass and red plastic hinged in three sections. Ring top has inset magnifying glass and when opened a white piece of glow-in-dark plastic holding a pen point is revealed. Interior of the red plastic compartment even has the imprint of Sky King crown logo as parts of that ring were incorporated to make this ring. As usual, ink is dried out but piece holding the pen point glows softly. An outstanding example of a rare ring with bright glistening original luster in NM condition. Only the third we've seen.
