Item Description
3.75x4.5x8.5" box. ©1966. Lid has heavy wear including lower bottom edge and one corner have tape repairs on inside where there was a break.Two small pieces missing from edge where corner repaired and small litho tear and color touch-up to top panel. Box bottom is tight and solid. Box still displays VG. Design of tiger on box and design of toy is based on Esso gasoline company's famous ad campaign featuring the "Esso Tiger". Toy has tin litho feet, plush body and painted vinyl head. Toy has built-in key and works well. Legs move, moves forward with clicking noise as arms move up and down and head turns back and forth. Bit of wear to paint on inside of both ears but toy has bright colors, as nice as they come, NM.
