Item Description
5x5.25x28.5" box contains large hard plastic toy ship 27" in length. Two piece box has lt. aging/edge wear w/ a few small scratches on lid. Some loose edges on window. Overall box is Fine. This was AMF Wen-Mac's attempt to make further use of the tooling used to make the tanker gas station premium that they had made for Texaco in 1961. The basic ship is identical w/variations of deck and mast colors and renaming. Attractive store box was designed for this version including a clear window on box top allowing a view of the ships bow where as the Texaco just came in a brown shipping carton. Battery operated toy works, prop for water use and wheels for play. Comes with instruction sheet and plastic bag containing masts and radar screen. All masts are present, however radar screen has broken off its mast, which could be easily reattached. Toy is Exc.
