Original "War Production Board" envelope contains 28x39.75" War Manpower Commission poster published by US Government Printing Office #0-477830, 1942. Graphics feature photo image of woman working power tool to secure parts on rocket. Text reads "Women In The War - We Can't Win Without Them." Folded as issued, poster has some larger creases as folded at lower fold crease intersections, but is o/w Exc. Envelope is addressed to International Chain & Mfg. Co. of York, PA and shows scattered edge wear. Fine/VF. Nice Homefront graphics. Campbell Family Collection.
