Item Description
Lot of five cardboard signs measuring between 6.5x10.5" and 12.5x16" and dating from the 1920s to the 1930s. All have easel backs, all but one has "Alpeda Studio Inc. Photographers" name on easel back. Each features photo of female model modeling particular brand of stockings. Brands include - Larkwood Vamp-Toe (two different), Dovedown, Gotham Gold Stripe and Gold Mark. Signs shows varying degrees of wear w/aging/dust soiling w/moderate aging and moisture staining along margins of one Larkwood sign. VG-Fine overall.
