Item Description
14.25" tall overall w/great likeness of Betty Boop w/her short dress and garter. 1930s. Additional detail of hand-painted garter holding what appears to be a plant around her thigh. Back of Betty  features stronger pink color of dress than on front as paint was applied much heavier on back. Sparkle accents have darkened w/age. A couple small scattered paint flakes base, her shoes and hair, but still displays bright and glossy w/original paint job. Fine/VF overall. Among the nicest Betty Boop carnival statues we've seen. Eric Renner Collection and featured in his book "American Disguise."
