Item Description
8.5x11.5x2" deep illustrated cardboard countertop display box contains full amount of a dozen 4" long tin litho trucks. Made in Japan by Takatoku, 1960s. Box lid prominently features Coca-Cola and Ice Cream vans. Two side panels show Pan Am. Lid has been punched and top piece has come loose as two 3" long pieces have tears and are loose (but included). Box still displays Fine. All vans are different, including - Coca-Cola, Pepsi-Cola, Canada Dry, Ice Cream, Oven-Fresh Bread & Cake, Flowers/Tiny Florist, TWA, United Air Lines, Pan Am, Fire, Police, Ambulance. Vans all have working friction. Scattered pinpoint marks as produced but all remain NM/Mint as issued. Nice set.
