10.75x13.5" metal frame has 7.5x10.25" opening w/full figure pencil sketch of Disney's Uncle Scrooge dropping coin into fat piggy bank w/his cane in his other hand. Hand-lettered text in pencil reads "Always Keep A Few Fat Pigs, Kid!" In addition, Barks has inscribed art "To Charlie Roberts With A Handshake From The Ducks.
