Item Description
4.5x5.75" BLB-like hardcover book published by Lynn Publishing Company, ©1935 Columbia Pictures Corp. Based on Charles Mintz's cartoons, every other page features photo image from the cartoon. Corner tip wear, but VF/Exc. w/pages aged to cream in color. 4.75x7x1.5" deep cardboard box w/die-cut cardboard Scrappy figure attached to lid contains 4.5x5.75" leatherette child's purse w/metal clasp and leatherette carrying strap. One side features silk-screened image of Scrappy and Margy w/their names printed below. Small CPC copyright. Purse has some wear to images and corners, but VF overall. Box shows moderate handling wear w/edge rubs and glue repair at lid corner. Scrappy figure has .25" surface paper flake and is Fine overall while rest of box is VG.
