Item Description
3.5" with metal back and horizontal bar pin. While this is not a Muchinsky book photo example it is pictured in his book as "X-169" placed next to the 1952 dated version of this button which is "X-168." The photos on each button are the same but for some reason this version was produced with no date. Muchinsky values it at $2000 which is twice the value he assigns to the 1952 dated version. In any case, certainly a rare button. Some exceedingly trivial scattered surface scratching that barely shows even in reflected light. Perfect centering and high gloss. NM displaying Mint.
