Item Description
12x16.75x1-1/8" deep cardboard box w/illustrated lid contains "Educational - Entertaining - Useful" kit by Highland Art Embroidery Company, c. 1950s. Lid is slightly concave w/scattered wear to blue areas. Box is VF overall. Box insert holds uncut, unused felt items. Each identified on insert. Included are two sleeve emblems, comb case, purse, coin purse, pencil case. Insert also holds unused scissors, plastic thimble, three red buttons and needle in original cellophane. Also a variety of colored embroidery strings. Complete w/original directions. Contents are Exc. Comes w/16x20" glossy poster featuring several photo images of TV's Annie Oakley, Gail Davis. Davis has boldly signed poster in-person in blue felt tip pen, inscribing "Best Wishes, Gail Davis - TV's 'Annie Oakley'." Rolled. Exc. Comes with Hake's COA.
