3.5" button with filled cardboard back pinned to a 5" long ribbon. 1932. Ribbon has separations and pulls at bottom right and ink inscription on reverse reading "Herbert Hoover". Button is a high grade perfectly centered example that will stand out in a riker. NM, displaying Mint.
