Item Description
Pair of 27x35.25" unnumbered/unsigned press proofs for limited edition full color prints featuring art by famous Golden Age Batman artist Dick Sprang. Impressive and action-packed, each features same image of Batman and Robin at center w/additional images of the Dynamic Duo climbing building and fighting Riddler. Other villains are also featured, including - Catwoman, Penguin, Two-Face and The Joker. The batsymbol shines in bkg. and both Batmobile and Batplane are depicted. These lithographs were produced by Gotham Graphics (©1996 DC Comics). One proof is in bw and features small portraits of Batman and Robin at bottom corners while other is in full color and does not feature these portraits, instead featuring raised "Guardians Of Gotham" title at bottom center. Both are untrimmed and have been rolled. Exc.
