Item Description
Size 16, 1-15/16" dia. Illinois Bunn Special Gold-filled Open Face pocket watch. Back of case screws off, revealing engraved "Sixty Hour Bunn Special - Illinois Watch Co. - Springfield" text, serial number and inner mechanisms. Interior of case back has "Bunn Special Model" text which has some scratching just below and to the left. White porcelain dial marked w/bold black numerals w/sub seconds dial at 6 o'clock position. 1930. Serial number 5140036. Dial has small "Illinois - 23J - Bunn Special" text at top center. Area of hairlines between 3 and 4 o'clock numerals. Case back has some lt. wear, but still bright and glossy w/much luster. Running. Fine overall.
