Item Description
Size 16, 2-1/8" dia. E. Howard & Co. Sterling Silver Engine Turned Hunting Case pocket watch w/coat of arms crest, though no coat of arms has been engraved. Back of case has stamped flowers and opens to reveal second case door that opens to reveal engraved "E. Howard & Co. - Boston" name, serial number, small image of running horse and inner mechanisms. Tiny 1/8" scratch to case back exterior. White porcelain dial marked w/black numerals w/sub seconds dial at 6 o'clock position. 1880. Serial number 220573. Dial has small "E. Howard & Co. - Boston" text at top center. Hairline between 3 and 4 o'clock numerals to sub seconds dial. Case back rim edge has a number of small markings to metal. Running and Fine overall.
